2-Week Design for Competitive Excellence (DFCE) This course was developed for Six Sigma Black Belt (BB) practitioners. The students should be working with most of the Six Sigma tools.

5-Week Six Sigma/DFCE Our 5-Week course is a design-directed practitioner course that also promotes team building. DFCE Green Belts (GB's) attend the 1st and 3rd weeks; DFCE BB's attend all 5 weeks and help mentor the DFCE GB's.

Specializing in Student Success! Six Sigma/DFCE Executive/Champion Our Executive/Champion course includes tools and exercises specifically designed for Executives and Champions. The workshop can be tailored as a one day overview to a four day intensive deep dive into Six Sigma.
